Refund Policy

Upon the completion of your evaluation plan payment and the official confirmation of payment, you will promptly receive an email containing your login credentials to access your evaluation. Once this information has been emailed to you, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be granted.

In exceptional circumstances, if you notify us at an early stage, and no trades have been executed on the account within the initial 14 days, we may consider working with you to facilitate a refund. For guidance in such situations, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our live support.

Dispute Resolution Policy

Clients found to engage in improper charge disputes may face legal action and may also be subjected to a platform ban. Chargeback fraud poses a significant concern within the proprietary trading industry. Individuals who engage in fraudulent chargebacks improperly will also have their identities shared with other proprietary trading firms within the industry. This measure is aimed at ensuring that any negative impact from such individuals is not perpetuated within the proprietary trading community.

Refunds Following Successful Evaluation Completion

Please note that we do not provide refunds for the challenge fee associated with our 1-Step program. Traders are exclusively rewarded based on their performance during the funded stage.
